Serajul Huq Khan, Secretary of Health Services Division, Mr. Faiz Ahmed, Secretary of Medical Education and Family Welfare Division, Ms. Roxana Quader, Additional Secretary (public health and world health) of Health Services Division, Muhammad Ruhul Quddus, Joint Secretary and Coordinator of the National Tobacco Control Cell (NTCC), Mr. Saiful Hasan Badal, Joint Secretary of Health Services Division, Md. Shafiqul Islam, Country adviser - Bangladesh of Vital Strategies were present.
